Job summary

Launch Potato in St. Louis is seeking a results‑driven CRO specialist to lead high‑impact landing page and funnel tests. You will build, analyze, and optimize experiments across top campaigns, driving revenue while balancing multiple KPIs.

You will collaborate with Copy, Design, and Media teams, own test execution quality, and report insights to stakeholders. A minimum of 5+ years in performance marketing or CRO is expected, with strong analytics and testing tool experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in performance marketing or CRO.
• Experience running A/B tests, QA launches and reporting on test outcomes.
• Comfortable updating copy, layout, and page flows within testing tools or CMS.
• Solid understanding of what impacts conversion and KPI optimization.
• Working knowledge of analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Looker, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-impact landing page and funnel tests to optimize performance across high-traffic campaigns.
• Bring revenue-driving optimizations to life through hands-on building, multi-variate analysis, launching, and reporting.
• Balance internal and external KPI expectations while delivering reliable test results.
• Collaborate with optimization leads to move quickly on ideas and own assigned offer verticals.
• Prepare and hand off launches across Copy, Design, and Media teams with clear documentation.
