Job summary

RevenueCat is hiring a Data Analyst to work closely with Marketing, Sales, Finance, People, Ops and Product. You’ll translate vague questions into actionable analyses, own datasets and dashboards, and help teams make data-driven decisions in a domain-rich environment.

You’ll work with AI-enabled tooling, curate semantic context, and ensure answers are trustworthy while collaborating across multiple teams. This remote-first role emphasizes clear communication and domain mastery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an analytics role partnered with business teams.
• Curiosity: you dig into numbers and find why they are what they are.
• Ask the question behind the question to uncover decisions.
• Prefer learning a new domain over a new tool.
• Ability to handle incomplete requirements and create structure.
• Prioritize usefulness and clarity over polished dashboards.
• Partner with the business, not a request queue.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Marketing, Sales, Finance and Product to learn goals and decisions.
• Own end-to-end analysis: clarify questions, assemble datasets, deliver answers.
• Dive into subscription domain definitions and caveats for scalability.
• Build trusted analytics assets: dbt models, LookML explores, dashboards.
• Leverage agent tooling, provide semantic context, and improve definitions.
• Contribute to data platform with small pipeline improvements and debugging.
• Translate business context into robust analysis for non-technical stakeholders.
