Ladders is seeking a Senior Credit Risk Review Manager I to lead a remote credit risk review function focused on continuous monitoring of commercial lending portfolios and the effectiveness of risk management practices.

The role partners closely with business leaders, first- and second-line risk teams, executive management, and external auditors to strengthen oversight and support sound risk decisions. Location: Remote. Compensation: $121,900 – $262,100 annually.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field (or equivalent).
• 12+ years of lending or credit experience with 7+ years in management.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities.
• Proficient in project management and data interpretation.
• Advanced MS Office skills.

• Manage the continuous credit risk review program for assigned teams.
• Evaluate credit risk management processes and compliance with policies.
• Analyze complex credit risks in commercial portfolios.
