The role partners closely with business leaders, first- and second-line risk teams, executive management, and external auditors to strengthen oversight and support sound risk decisions. Location: Remote. Compensation: $121,900 – $262,100 annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field (or equivalent).
• 12+ years of lending or credit experience with 7+ years in management.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities.
• Proficient in project management and data interpretation.
• Advanced MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

This role will lead a remote credit risk review function focused on continuous monitoring of commercial lending portfolios and the effectiveness of credit risk management practices. The position partners closely with business leaders, first-line teams, second-line risk partners, executive management, and external auditors to strengthen oversight and support sound risk decisions. It is an excellent opportunity for an experienced credit professional who can combine deep lending knowledge, analytical rigor, and strong leadership to improve review quality and timely execution.
