Job summary

Fifth Third Bank seeks a seasoned Senior Credit Risk Review Manager to lead the CRR Continuous Review program. You will oversee risk assessment across lending operations, communicate findings to executive leadership, regulators, and external auditors, and drive improvements in credit risk practices.

You will collaborate with CRR leadership to set annual goals, manage portfolios, and ensure timely publication of concise summaries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business related field
• Graduate degree in relevant field (Business, Finance or Economics) preferred
• Minimum of 12 years lending and/or credit related experience, with a minimum of 7 years managing or leading employees in project management assignments
• Credit Risk Review or similar loan review or regulatory agency managerial experience preferred
• Strong leadership and interpersonal, analytical and verbal/written communications skills
• Advanced ability to understand and interpret data from various applications and database tools, draw high-level conclusions and determine actions needed
• Proficient in MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint and other related PC applications

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage CRR development, execution and oversight for assigned teams and/or lines of business.
• Present CRR results to executive management, regulators and auditors.
• Ensure CRR procedures reflect current practices and contribute to continuous improvement of risk management processes.
• Coordinate with Internal Audit and other Risk functions for independent oversight.
• Develop talent pipelines and succession plans for CRR positions.
