Job summary

KeyCorp is seeking a Senior Credit Risk Reviewer to lead a team evaluating private credit risk, underwriting quality, and portfolio performance. You will assess complex transactions, monitor risk indicators, and present findings to senior management, with oversight of continuous risk intelligence and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant credit experience (required)
• Bachelor's Degree preferred; Master's Degree preferred
• Credit Risk Certification (CRC) or Moody's Analytics Certificate (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Assess complex commercial private credit transactions and underwriting structure.
• Evaluate portfolio surveillance, risk governance, watchlist management and stress testing.
• Lead reviews, write conclusions and recommendations for senior management.
• Collaborate with Credit Risk Management, Portfolio Risk, and regulators on emerging risks.
