Job summary

Eastern Bank seeks an experienced Credit Risk Review leader to oversee independent risk assessments across diversified loan portfolios. You will monitor policy compliance, advise on risk mitigation, and guide development of risk review processes.

With 15+ years in risk management and a strong background in commercial lending, you will coordinate risk plans, manage projects, and communicate findings to senior leadership. Hybrid remote work is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and formal credit training required.
• Proven credit risk review or commercial underwriting abilities with 15+ years’ experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and report credit risk across loan portfolios and monitor compliance with policies.
• Oversee risk plan execution across various loan types and commercial and syndicated deals.
• Identify policy changes to strengthen the credit process and communicate with executive management.
• Produce Commercial Management Reports and other risk-related reports per SOPs.
