Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a business related field; graduate degree preferred.
Minimum of 12 years lending/credit experience with 7+ years of management.
Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills.
Ability to interact with executive management, regulators and auditors.
Proficiency with MS Office and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

Lead CRR continuous review program for assigned area and coordination with leadership.
Assess credit risk, underwriting, loan policies and portfolio management practices.
Present results to executive management, regulators and auditors.
Develop annual goals and risk-based plans for assigned areas.
Manage and participate in portfolio reviews and issue resolution.
Drive improvement in CRR processes and coordinate with Internal Audit and other risk functions.
Recruit and develop CRR staff and manage open CRR issues.
