Qualifications

• Typically requires 5+ years of related experience providing concierge white glove experience to priority clients, with 2+ years of commercial collections experience
• Experience supporting complex customer accounts and sensitive customer situations
• Track record of meeting productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics
• Experience working in healthcare, pharmaceutical distribution, financial services, or other service‑intensive industries preferred
• Collaborating with internal partners to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for a large, high-value customer portfolio and balance efficiency with exceptional service
• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound interactions via phone, email, and AI-enabled tools
• Negotiate payment terms and resolve delinquencies while maintaining a white-glove customer experience
• De-escalate customer concerns and drive issues to resolution with professionalism
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and accurately
