Job summary

Rula, a remote-first healthcare company, seeks a Sr. Credentialing & Enrollment Specialist to scale credentialing and payer enrollment processes for providers across the U.S. You will shape systems, ensure timely enrollment, and guide teams through new payer launches with cross-functional collaboration.

You will educate credentialing associates on new processes and play a pivotal role in improving provider experience and operational efficiency at Rula.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in healthcare with health plans, networks or credentialing orgs.
• 2+ years enrolling providers with regional or national payers.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally (Account Delivery or Provider Success).
• Experience documenting and optimizing new processes into easy-to-understand docs.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets and CRM/ticketing platforms with fast learning ability.

Responsibilities

• Scope enrollment requirements for new payer implementations.
• Submit applications and guide Providers through enrollment steps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new payer launches.
• Educate and support credentialing associates as new payers are introduced.
