New Engen, Inc. is seeking a Creative Strategy Lead for Donut Studios to guide performance-driven creative for top brands.

You will shape messaging across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and display, turning audience insights into actionable concepts and partnering with media to optimize results. This role requires 4+ years in paid social creative strategy within an agency or in-house, strong collaboration across teams, and fluency with Asana, Notion, Slack, and Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of paid social creative strategy experience in an agency or in-house.
• Strong ability to translate audience insights into creative direction.
• Proven track record leading client strategy and guiding cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
