Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in copywriting, content marketing, or a related creative field with a strong focus on direct response and performance-driven writing.
• A strong digital portfolio showcasing direct response copywriting across channels like paid social, landing pages, email, or other digital formats.
• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Communications, English, or a related field preferred.
• Experience writing across multiple brands and adapting to different brand voices, with the ability to shift tone seamlessly while maintaining authenticity and clarity.
• Deep familiarity with TikTok, social media trends, and internet culture, with a strong understanding of what captures attention and drives engagement across platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously, while staying organized and meeting deadlines in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across creative, strategy, and production teams.
• A self-starter mindset and positive attitude, bringing curiosity, initiative, and enthusiasm to both the work and the team.

Responsibilities

• Write Performance-Driven Copy Across Channels: Create compelling, conversion-focused copy across paid social, landing pages, email, video scripts, and other digital marketing channels.
• Concept High-Performing Social Creative: Write platform-native short-form content for TikTok and Instagram that feels authentic, entertaining, and culturally relevant.
• Adapt Seamlessly Across Brand Voices: Translate complex ideas and different brand personalities into clear, engaging copy.
• Craft Hooks, Messaging, and Calls-to-Action: Develop hooks, one-liners, and CTAs to improve engagement and conversions.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally to Develop Creative: Partner with designers, editors, strategists, and cross-functional teams.
• Stay Ahead of Trends and Emerging Formats: Monitor trends and formats to keep creative fresh and relevant.
• Optimize and Iterate Based on Performance Data: Use insights to refine messaging and improve performance.
• Maintain a High Editorial Standard: Ensure copy is polished and aligned with brand voice.
