Client Accelerators is seeking a Junior Creative Strategist to lead high-performing creative work for founder-led clients. You will direct ideation and performance across YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, and more, while managing a team of videographers, designers, and copywriters.

The role centers on hitting KPIs, mentoring talent, and driving breakthrough campaigns in a fully remote setup. Remote work enables collaboration with international teams and top-tier clients.

Formación

• 4+ years in creative strategy or performance roles.
• Proven track record leading creative teams (copywriters, editors, designers).
• Mastery in ideating and launching direct-response video ads across platforms.
• Strong leadership and communication skills in fast-paced environments.
• Experience using data-driven decision making and KPIs.
• Experience coaching/consulting is a plus.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead creative ideation and performance for ad concepts across platforms.
• Manage a team of creatives—from concept to launch—within budget.
• Ensure campaigns meet KPI targets (CPA, ROAS) and scale winners.
• Collaborate with media buyers and account managers on strategy and data.
• Report weekly performance metrics and insights to stakeholders.
