Job summary

Stryker seeks a Coupa Operations Senior Manager (Remote) to lead a multinational team supporting Coupa P2P across the globe, reporting to the Senior Director of Indirect Programs and Strategy. This role resides in the US as a remote position with travel as needed.

Responsibilities include driving end-user support, optimizing processes, and partnering with finance, IT and master data teams to deliver value and ensure policy compliance in a dynamic, multi-country environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, procurement, supply chain, IT or related field.
• Expert-level Coupa P2P experience and modules (Sourcing, CLM, SIM, Invoicing).
• Strong understanding of P2P integrations with ERP systems (SAP) and related functions.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, P2P analytics, metrics and reporting.
• Experience in multi-country environments with compliant invoicing, tax, legal entities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and improve Coupa Admin and operations shared service centers (Poland and Costa Rica).
• Act as Coupa COE delivering analytics, guided buying and automation.
• Partner with stakeholders across business units to drive adoption and evolve P2P value proposition.
• Champion best practices, measure performance and drive process improvements.
