Job summary
Stryker is seeking a Coupa Operations Senior Manager (Remote) to drive excellence across global P2P processes and end-user support. You will lead a multinational hybrid team of indirect procurement professionals, optimize Coupa modules, and partner with ERP and finance to meet procurement targets.
Travel will be required; the role resides in the US as a remote position with broad stakeholder engagement across functions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, procurement, supply chain, IT or related field.
- 7+ years of expert-level P2P operations with Coupa and modules.
- Strong understanding of P2P integrations with ERP (SAP) and related functions.
- Proficiency in P2P analytics, metrics and reporting.
- Experience with multi-country P2P processing, invoicing, tax and legal entities.
- SAP purchasing and master data fluency.
- Advanced Excel, cXML and Power BI data analytics.
Responsibilities
- Lead global Coupa P2P operations and end-user support.
- Oversee a multinational indirect procurement team and capacity.
- Drive process improvements, guided buying and supplier management.
- Collaborate with ERP/finance functions and travel as needed.
- Report to senior leadership on performance and outcomes.
