Job summary

Stryker is seeking a senior leader to drive Coupa P2P operations in a remote US role with travel. You will oversee global indirect procurement professionals, optimize the Coupa P2P platform, and deliver end-user support while achieving procurement objectives.

The role requires 7+ years in Coupa P2P, ERP integrations, and analytics, with a proven track record in leading cross-country teams and improving user adoption. A Master’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, procurement, supply chain, IT or related field.
7+ years of experience in P2P operations with Coupa and related modules.
Strong understanding of P2P ERP integrations (SAP) and master data.
Proficiency in financial analysis, P2P analytics and reporting.
Experience in multi-country environments and compliant invoicing.

Responsibilities

Lead and improve Coupa Admin and operations shared service centers.
Serve as Coupa COE across P2P modules and analytics.
Partner with stakeholders to drive user adoption and value realization.
Champion best practices, measure performance and drive process automation.
