Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Senior Manager for Coupa Operations (Remote) to drive global Procure-to-Pay excellence. You will lead a multi-national hybrid team, optimize Coupa platforms across P2P, Sourcing, CSO, CLM, SIM, and deliver robust analytics.

You will partner with finance, IT, master data, and AP to ensure adoption and compliance. Role requires 10+ years in P2P/Coupa with strong leadership, analytics, and program-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, procurement, supply chain, IT or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience with Coupa strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Coupa Admin and operations shared services across multiple countries.
• Deliver end-user support and analytics for P2P processes.
• Drive adoption, policy compliance and process improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize value from Coupa modules.
