Rocket Software is seeking a Senior Counsel, Risk & Enforcement in the United States. You will oversee IP litigation, software enforcement, trade secret protection, and license compliance across Rocket-developed and third-party offerings.

The role requires deep litigation experience, technical fluency, and collaboration with product, engineering, and security teams to prevent disputes and guide enforcement strategy.

Qualifikationen

• J.D. from an accredited law school is required.
• Must be in good standing with at least one State Bar.
• Minimum of 10 years total legal experience, including meaningful in-house work.

• Lead IP litigation, software enforcement, trade secret matters, and license compliance.
• Develop litigation prevention and readiness frameworks and manage outside counsel.
• Advise on customer/license enforcement and vendor/partner disputes.
