Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to drive a large-scale data center construction program in the Greater El Paso area, with remote flexibility and occasional site travel for client alignment and milestones.

The successful candidate will provide leadership in cost management, commercial oversight, and financial controls throughout the project lifecycle, collaborating with design teams, contractors, and clients to achieve project objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction-related field.
• 5–7 years in cost management in construction.
• RICS accreditation preferred.
• Experience leading cost management on medium to large projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Estimate and negotiate change orders across multiple project phases.
• Provide cost planning and final cost plan.
• Review estimates with design and general contractor teams.
• Coordinate cost information from suppliers and design teams.
• Prepare cost estimate updates and executive summaries.
• Manage cost checks and valuations; support post-contract variances and change control processes.
