Responsibilities

• Estimate and negotiate change orders across phases and work packages.
• Produce cost plans and final cost estimates.
• Coordinate cost information with design teams, suppliers, and contractors.
• Lead cost checks, valuations, and post-contract cost variances.
• Prepare monthly cost reports for client presentations.
• Mentor and coach junior staff.
