UMB Bank is seeking a part-time, remote Corporate Trust professional to support a defined group of clients with trustee relationships and interact with all levels of client staff.

You will ensure accurate setup of issues, prepare accounts for compliance review, and resolve complex administrative issues while coordinating with legal and compliance teams.

The role offers a competitive compensation range of $81,864 to $120,406 and a comprehensive benefits package.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5 years of related financial and/or customer relationship management experience.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• CCTS Certified Corporate Trust Specialist preferred.

Mansioni

• Interact with all levels of customer relationships and provide support to assigned group.
• Ensure accurate/timely setup of issues on systems and prepare accounts for compliance review.
• Resolve complex administrative issues and support senior level client staff.
• Provide day-to-day support for institutional trust accounts including billing and transactions.
• Operate independently to service the client and resolve complex/unusual issues.
• Mentor and guide staff, including the assigned Associate Relationship Manager.
