UMB Bank is seeking a part-time corporate trust professional to provide medium to complex support for trustee relationships. You will interact with clients, set up issues for compliance reviews, and resolve complex administrative matters while supporting senior staff.

You will review legal documents, negotiate provisions with counsel, and participate in cross-training across Corporate Trust roles, mentoring associates and driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• MINIMUM: client relationship management, networking, client experience, multi-project handling, change management, strong written and verbal skills, knowledge of banking products, self-directed.
• MINIMUM: Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 5 years related financial/customer relationship management experience.
• PREFERRED: Master's Degree; CCTS Certified Corporate Trust Specialist.

Responsabilités

• Interact with a broad set of client relationships and serve as SME in projects.
• Setup issues across systems for compliance reviews and respond to exceptions.
• Resolve non-routine administrative issues and support senior client staff.
• Provide day-to-day support for institutional/corporate trust accounts, including billing, transactions and compliance.
• Review legal documents to ensure operational mechanics are correct; negotiate provisions with counsel.
• Mentor staff and collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvements.
• Participate in cross-training to learn other Corporate Trust roles.
