Job summary

UMB Bank is seeking a part-time remote role focused on servicing a portfolio of trustee relationships with a strong emphasis on accuracy, compliance, and client interaction. You will manage complex administrative tasks, support senior staff, and contribute to cross-functional projects within Corporate Trust.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 5 years of related experience, and a preference for a Master’s degree or CCTS certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5 years of related financial and/or customer relationship management experience.
• Master's degree preferred.
• CCTS Certified Corporate Trust Specialist designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide medium to complex support for a group of clients with trustee relationships.
• Interact with all levels of client relationships and ensure accurate setup on systems.
• Respond to compliance exceptions and assist in closing transactions.
• Serve as SME in ongoing projects and mentor staff.
• Review legal documents and coordinate with corporate legal and compliance.
• Participate in cross-training across Corporate Trust roles.
