Ethos is seeking experienced heads of corporate development to help train its latest language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks.

You will help create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated materials across board decks, target analyses, synergy exhibits, deal memos, integration planning decks, and pipeline review materials, collaborating on high-importance live transactions with flexibility 5-20 hours per week.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in corporate development or in-house M&A at a significant company.
• Experience producing board and executive committee materials for live transactions.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.
