Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced corporate development directors to help train their latest language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. This flexible, remote role offers 5-20 hours per week at $100/hour.

You will lead in-house acquisitions, divestitures, or partnerships to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated board decks, target screening presentations, synergy exhibits, deal memos, and integration planning materials. Start ASAP.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in corporate development or in-house M&A at a significant company.
• Experience producing board and executive committee materials for live transactions.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.
