Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced corporate development and in-house M&A professionals to help train their language model on professional presentation tasks. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated slide decks across core workflows: board decks, target screening presentations, synergy analyses, and integration planning memos. Remote work with flexible hours (5–20 per week, or more if desired).

Compensation is $100 per hour. Start date ASAP.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in corporate development or in-house M&A at a significant company.
• Experience producing board and executive committee materials for live transactions.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows.
• Support training of AI language model with board and deal-related materials.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality and accuracy of slides.
