Ethos is seeking seasoned corporate development directors to train an AI language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. The role focuses on creating and refining AI-generated board materials, deal memos, and synergy exhibits with expert PowerPoint craftsmanship.

Flexible, 5-20 hours per week, fully remote, ASAP start. Ideal for professionals with in-house M&A experience and strong written communication.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in corporate development or in-house M&A at a significant company.
• Experience producing board and executive materials for live transactions.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows.
• Support board approvals, target screening presentations, and integration planning exhibits.
• Collaborate with investors and clients on presentation quality and accuracy.
