Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced strategy and corporate development managers to help train an AI language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. You will shape deal processes, craft board materials, and collaborate with in-house teams.

This remote, part-time role offers 5-20 hours weekly with ASAP start. You will produce executive-ready decks for live transactions and refine AI-generated presentations across core workflows.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in corporate development or in-house M&A at a significant company.
• Experience producing board and executive committee materials for live transactions.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows.
• Develop board approval decks, target screening presentations, and integration planning exhibits for live transactions.
