Job summary

Procore is seeking a Director, M&A Integration to own the execution of the integration program, partnering with Corporate Development during diligence and driving plans to execution. You will lead cross‑functional teams across Product, Go‑To‑Market, Finance, People, Legal, and IT to align workstreams and surface Day 1 risks.

This role reports to the VP of Corporate Strategy and can be based in our Austin office or remotely, with regular travel to Austin.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in M&A integration or PMO leadership.
• 2-3 years of experience in top-tier consulting.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs in global, matrixed environments.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Experience designing and running executive steering committees and governance forums.
• Experience hiring, developing, and leading team members.
• Familiarity with AI-driven workflows in diligence and integration.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Corporate Development during diligence to assess operational feasibility, size execution lift, and surface Day 1 risks.
• Build high-level strategy into executable integration programs with milestones, metrics, and dependencies.
• Coordinate and align cross-functional leads to maintain momentum across product, GTM, finance, people, legal, and IT.
• Run operating cadence and steering committees to keep program execution on track and resolve blockers.
• Provide clear visibility to executive leadership on integration progress, risks, and strategic trade-offs.
• Drive cross-functional decision-making and resolve complex dependencies without formal authority.
• Build, hire, and mentor a growing integration team as acquisition volume increases.
• Leverage modern M&A program tooling and AI workflows to optimize diligence and integration processes.
