Job summary

Skyline Technology Solutions, Llc seeks a seasoned Corporate Counsel and Director of Contracts in Glen Burnie, MD. This senior role reports to the CEO and drives enterprise legal strategy, contract risk management, and compliance across state, local, federal government contracting.

The role is full-time, exempt, and remote work eligible, with a salary range of $160,000 to $190,000 annually. The incumbent will guide governance, CID, and procurement processes while leading a dedicated contracts

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, law or related field.
• Master’s or JD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the review and negotiation of contracts and legal agreements.
• Coordinate with third-party legal counsel to ensure compliance and resolve issues.
• Oversee MBE/VSBE goal compliance for all contracts.
• Manage current contracts for CPI increases and renewals.
• Oversee and advise on the change order process.
• Lead contract management team members and ensure performance.
• Support risk reviews and Teaming Agreements during opportunities.
• Support proposal development and contract exceptions processing.
• Advise on organizational conflict of interest (OCI) mitigation.
• Prepare legal and risk updates for ownership/board discussions.
