• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• 10+ years managing government contracts cradle to grave and advising on government contracting issues.
• 5+ years in a people leadership role.
• Experience with complex federal contracts in regulated industries.
• Experience with classified contracts and security clearances.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with government stakeholders and internal teams.
• Lead a team of government contract professionals.
• Manage prime and subcontracts with government agencies such as NASA, DoD, and FAA.
• Oversee bid proposals, cost/pricing analysis, and risk assessments.
• Oversee contract performance, modifications, disputes, and audits.
• Serve as primary point of contact for contracting officers and auditors.
• Monitor changes in federal laws and advise senior leadership.
• Prepare reports and metrics on contract performance for executive review.
