Job summary

Prosci is seeking a Sr. Contract Recruiter to support its Talent Acquisition function across the US and Canada. The role is a fixed-term contract (approximately 6 months) with a workload of 20–40 hours per week and remote work options.

You will own end-to-end recruiting for an assigned slate, partnering with hiring managers and HRBPs to build pipelines and deliver a positive candidate experience. You will manage intake, screening, interview coordination, assessments, references, and offer

Qualifications

• Full life cycle recruiting experience across sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer support.
• Experience across US and Canadian hiring is preferred.
• Proficiency with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter or equivalent sourcing tool.

Responsibilities

• Manage full life cycle recruiting for assigned US and Canadian requisitions—from intake to offer.
• Lead intake with hiring managers to confirm scope and timeline.
• Source candidates via ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and debriefs with teams.
• Support offer construction and negotiation with HRBP and manager.
