Job summary

Hubbell is seeking a Continuous Improvement Leader in the United States. This position involves developing and sustaining the Hubbell Manufacturing System, leading Lean initiatives and maximizing productivity. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of seven years in Lean environments, along with Lean Six Sigma certification. Qualifications

  • Minimum of seven years of experience in Lean / Continuous Improvement within manufacturing environments.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt minimum; Black Belt preferred.
  • Demonstrated project management experience with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead improvements in safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and people.
  • Facilitate Lean initiatives such as kaizen events.
  • Develop and implement documented procedures to improve operations.
