Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc is seeking a Customer Delivery Engineering Technical Leader for Core and ES within the Cisco/Splunk Professional Services team. This remote role guides customers through adoption and optimization of Splunk, aligning technical strategy with business outcomes and mentoring engineers to deliver maximum value.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical consulting or big-data analytics.
• 3+ years demonstrable experience administering and using Splunk Core and/ or ES.

Responsibilities

• Strategic execution of adoption and optimization activities in long-term engagements, including regular meeting cadence and documentation.
• Lead adoption, optimization and integration of Splunk Core and ES into the customer’s business architecture.
• Provide high-quality technical mentorship on enterprise level architecture, configuration and optimization.
• Advocate for customer needs across the internal Splunk ecosystem.
• Act as dedicated point of contact for adoption, optimization, customer success and escalations.
• Maintain continual engagement and information sharing with Splunk’s account team.
