You will drive adoption and optimization of Splunk Core and ES in complex customer environments, guiding architecture, configuration, and integration to maximize time-to-value and ROI. Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical consulting or big-data analytics.
• 3+ years demonstrable experience administering and using Splunk Core and or ES.

Responsibilities

• Strategic execution of adoption and optimization activities in long-term engagements, with regular meeting cadence and documentation.
• Lead all aspects of the adoption, optimization and integration of Splunk Core and ES into customers' business architecture.
• Provide high-quality technical mentorship on Enterprise level architecture, configuration, and optimization for complex environments.
• Act as a dedicated customer advocate for key initiatives and discreet needs across the internal Splunk ecosystem.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer needs including adoption, optimization, customer success and escalations.
• Maintain continual engagement and share information with Splunk's account teams.
