Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a Customer Delivery Engineering Technical Leader for Core and ES within our Splunk Professional Services team. This remote role supports United States customers, guiding adoption and optimization of Splunk in complex environments.

You will mentor on architecture and best practices, lead strategic engagements, and act as a trusted advisor to ensure maximum value and satisfaction for our customers across long-term initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical consulting or big-data analytics.
• 3+ years demonstrable experience administering and using Splunk Core and/or ES.

Responsibilities

• Strategic execution of adoption and optimization activities in long-term engagements, including regular meeting cadence and documentation.
• Lead adoption, optimization and integration of Splunk Core and ES into customers' business architecture.
• Provide high-quality technical mentorship on enterprise-level architecture and optimization in sophisticated environments.
• Serve as a dedicated point of contact for customer needs including adoption, optimization and escalations.
• Engage with the account team to share updates and drive customer success.
