Ladders is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager for a fully remote role supporting a leader in the Business Services space. You will drive complex construction programs from pre-bid through completion, balancing cost control with compliance and regional alignment, while guiding cross-functional teams and clients.

The role requires hands-on leadership, sharp business judgment, and the ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of construction experience
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing Project Managers or Superintendents
• Deep understanding of project management principles
• Proven track record in preconstruction activities
• Experience with complex, concurrent projects across jurisdictions
• Strong business acumen for operational decisions
• Technical proficiency in project management software and MS Office applications

This role will lead the execution of complex construction projects from pre-bid through completion, with a strong focus on cost control, compliance, and regional alignment. The position partners closely with project teams and clients to resolve issues, guide decisions, and keep multiple concurrent projects on track. Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually
