Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead Dynamics ERP implementations remotely across the United States. You will drive planning through delivery, partner with client stakeholders, and manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk in a fast-paced consulting environment.

The role emphasizes proactive issue management, strong communication, and governance to ensure client outcomes and high-quality execution. Relevant PMP and Azure DevOps/MS Project proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of ERP implementation experience preferred.
• Consultancy implementation partner experience valued.
• Strong governance, delivery discipline, and issue management required.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of large, complex ERP projects.
• Establish clear ownership and communication with stakeholders.
• Facilitate proactive risk and issue management with mitigation plans.
• Apply delivery methodology and improve execution quality.
• Manage project budgets of $10M+ with forecasting/variance analysis.
• Lead or support Steering Committee governance and executive status reporting.
• Provide transparent communication on progress and challenges.
