Energy Systems Group, LLC. is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to join our Public Sector Central team.

The role is remote with frequent travel (up to 50%) and focuses on managing projects from design through installation and ongoing service for K-12 and higher-education to local, state and federal agencies. You will coordinate with engineers, procurement teams and subcontractors, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining safety and quality

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management.
• 7+ years of engineering and construction project management experience.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with engineering staff to ensure accurate estimates and pricing aligned with project goals.
• Develop and maintain client communication to schedule work and report progress, costs and training.
• Manage contractors, vendors, contracts, and ensure on-time delivery of equipment and services.
• Monitor costs, billings, and contingency; report margins and variances to leadership.
• Oversee installation and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across projects.
• Lead and train project team members to meet project objectives and safety standards.
