Job summary

Transformations Care Network is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to oversee construction for multiple outpatient mental health clinics across the United States. You will manage budgets, schedules, quality, and bring together architects, engineers, and general contractors to deliver timely builds aligned with growth goals.

Responsibilities include overseeing documents, permits, lease work, and vendor negotiations while maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction management experience.
• Ability to read plans, generate budgets, build and maintain schedules.
• Negotiate with contractors and manage vendors.
• Familiarity with building, fire and accessibility codes.
• Experience with leases and lease terminology.
• Leadership of project teams and external vendors.
• Strong organizational skills and deadline-driven work style.
• Willingness to travel 15-25%.

Responsibilities

• Provide construction management for multiple clinics and relocations.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and quality to meet goals.
• Retain and manage architects, engineers, and general contractors.
• Oversee construction documents and permit processes.
• Coordinate with landlords on turnkey and lease work.
• Review and process payments to contractors.
• Lead the build-out process and ensure timely punch list completion.
• Manage furniture, fixtures, and equipment vendors to ensure branding and on-time delivery.
• Build in-house project management team and oversee external vendors.
• Communicate timetables and track project costs weekly.
