Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for multiple healthcare projects from initiation through closeout.
• Work directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project including scope, cost estimates, budget, schedules, quality control and risk.
• Define project delivery resources and conduct bid evaluations; recommend resources to clients.
• Facilitate development of a charter and integrated timeline; ensure schedule adherence and issue resolution.
• Lead regular meetings to review project status for active and pending projects; collaborate to develop solutions.
• Guide project teams through implementation and completion; apply advanced knowledge to improve methods.
