Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Sr Project Manager for healthcare construction to drive major projects in California. The role involves full project lifecycle oversight, from initiation through closeout, with remote work flexibility and up to 30% travel.

You will coordinate with clients and internal teams to define scope, manage budgets and schedules, and deliver high‑impact outcomes for health system projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for multiple healthcare projects including planning, design, construction, occupancy and closeout.
• Work directly with clients to prepare scope, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, milestones, quality control and risk identification.
• Define project delivery resources, conduct RFPs and bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.
• Facilitate the development of a charter and integrated timeline.
• Ensure schedule adherence and escalate issues as needed.
• Lead regular project status meetings and drive cross‑functional collaboration.
• Apply advanced knowledge to develop new methods and improve department objectives.
