Job summary

3500 Square, LLC is seeking a Senior Configuration/Change Enablement Specialist to lead and mature configuration management strategies across a complex federal IT environment. This role provides SME guidance on CM policy, CI lifecycle, change governance, and audit management in support of enterprise-scale operations within the Defense Health Agency.

The position requires US citizenship, a Tier 3 Public Trust clearance, and remote work availability across the U.S. and Puerto Rico.

Qualifications

5–7 years of configuration management and change enablement experience.
Proven expertise in CM policy development and audit execution.
Ability to communicate complex technical requirements to diverse audiences.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Tier 3 Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

Develop and institutionalize enterprise CM policies, plans, and templates.
Lead CM audits and define corrective action strategies.
Serve as SME for Infrastructure CM with asset, cybersecurity, and KM teams.
Identify and manage infrastructure CI relationships, baselines, and traceability.
Maintain CI attributes and CMDB records.
Analyze change ticket data to create dashboards and executive briefings.
Review foundational CM documents for accuracy and completeness.
Facilitate CAB meetings and document outcomes and action items.
Mentor and train junior CM staff and stakeholders.
