Job summary

3500 Square, LLC seeks a Configuration/Change Enablement Specialist to support enterprise IT in a federal environment. Remote across the U.S. and Puerto Rico, the role focuses on CMDB integrity, CI lifecycle management, and secure change practices.

The candidate will document changes, maintain the CMDB, develop dashboards, and support CAB processes while ensuring baselined, auditable changes and effective stakeholder reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience with configuration/change management in an enterprise IT environment.
• Familiarity with CMDB operation and audit practices.
• Ability to facilitate CAB meetings and manage change documentation.
• Strong communication, documentation, and reporting skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Tier 1 Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Document and track approval, deployment, and configuration of all CI within ITSM.
• Operate and maintain the CMDB to support automation and reporting.
• Create dashboards to visualize change metrics and status reporting.
• Deliver CI data to stakeholders and government leads in real time.
• Ensure changes are recorded in CMDB and baselined; train coordinators.
