Syms Strategic Group, LLC is seeking a Senior Configuration Analyst - II to support VA applications remotely. You will lead CM and release activities across multiple environments, champion cloud migration, and guide developers in CM practices.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex software builds and releases across multiple environments.
• Deep expertise in software configuration management and release engineering.
• Experience in large, regulated or federal environments.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, IaC and related tooling.

Responsibilities

• Support VA applications and spearhead migration to the cloud.
• Develop and maintain CM tools to support CM processes and reporting.
• Perform CM and release tasks ensuring compliant builds and deployments.
• Design, develop, automate, and maintain productivity tools for software modeling.
• Design and implement build procedures to support product development.
• Develop software configuration standards for company-wide use.
• Train developers in the use of CM tools and quality practices.
• Provide technical guidance and solutions to complex problems.
• Operate autonomously and meet deadlines while collaborating with stakeholders.
• Lead and train junior analysts/engineers in CM best practices.
