You will implement CM tools, automate build/deploy, mentor staff, and collaborate with VA stakeholders in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 10+ years of relevant experience required.
• Deep CM and release engineering expertise in regulated environments.
• Experience with CM practices: identification, baselining, change control.

Responsibilities

• Lead software builds/releases across multiple environments.
• Develop and maintain CM tools for identification, control, reporting, delivery.
• Design build procedures and CM standards for company-wide use.
• Train developers in CM tools and quality practices.
• Ensure compliant, repeatable build/deploy processes across projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders; mentor junior analysts/engineers.
