Job summary

Centene Management Company LLC seeks a compliance professional to support strategies for maintenance and implementation of regulatory programs across the organization.

You will monitor state regulations, draft updates and white papers, and collaborate with Policy, Legal and Government Relations to assess impactful regulations. The role offers remote work from anywhere in the continental United States with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related legal field or equivalent experience.
• Master’s degree or JD preferred and may be considered in lieu of experience.
• 3+ years of related experience in compliance privacy and/or regulatory affairs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor state regulations, contract amendments, executive action, rulemaking, and other regulatory guidance and notify stakeholders of regulatory changes.
• Maintain and track laws, regulations and various compliance guidance documents.
• Review and synthesize regulatory requirements and prepare regular updates, white papers and reporting on the impactful regulatory actions.
• Work in collaboration with Policy, Government Relations, Legal and other key departments to assess and analyze impactful regulations and guidance.
• Support implementation oversight of new compliance requirements with respect to regulatory language.
