Job summary

Centene Corp. is seeking a Senior Compliance Analyst for Regulatory Change Management with responsibility for monitoring state laws, regulatory actions, and guidance to inform stakeholders company-wide.

You will lead analysis, synthesize requirements, and coordinate with Policy, Legal and Government Relations to implement new compliance standards. The role supports a national remote work model in the United States and requires 3+ years in compliance/privacy/regulatory affairs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related legal field or equivalent experience.
• Master’s degree or Juris Doctorate preferred and may be considered in lieu of experience.
• 3+ years of related experience in compliance privacy and/or regulatory affairs.
• Experience in project management with working knowledge of laws and regulations in compliance and state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor state regulations, contract amendments, executive action, rulemaking, and other regulatory guidance and notify stakeholders of regulatory changes.
• Maintain and track laws, regulations and various compliance guidance documents.
• Review and synthesize regulatory requirements and prepare updates, white papers and reporting on impactful regulatory actions.
• Collaborate with Policy, Government Relations, Legal and other key departments to assess and analyze impactful regulations.
• Support implementation oversight of new compliance requirements with respect to regulatory language.
