Job summary

Centene Management Company LLC is seeking a regulatory compliance professional to research and analyze Medicaid regulations, acting as a liaison with the state Medicaid regulator. The role involves trend analysis, drafting summaries, and coordinating regulatory deliverables while supporting Washington Apple Health Medicaid programs.

The position is fully remote with availability during Pacific Time business hours and requires strong regulatory writing skills and experience with state regulators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of compliance and regulatory experience.
• Experience with licensure filings, corporate governance and contract management preferred, ideally within Medicare or Medicaid.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate regulatory communications with the state Medicaid regulator and oversee audit deliverables.
• Research health care regulations using WA ADC, Federal Register and CFR.
• Draft summaries of regulatory updates for internal stakeholders and coordinate regulatory reviews.
