Job summary

Centene Corporation seeks a Regulatory Compliance Analyst to research Medicaid regulations, manage deliverables, and act as a liaison with the state Medicaid regulator. This fully remote role requires 5+ years of regulatory experience and a bachelor’s degree in Healthcare or related field.

The candidate should have strong technical writing skills and experience handling regulatory communications. The role involves coordinating audits, researching regulations, reviewing legislation, and drafting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of compliance and regulatory experience.
• Experience with licensure filings, corporate governance, and contract management preferred, ideally within Medicare or Medicaid.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a high volume of regulatory communications with the state Medicaid regulator.
• Research health care regulations using WA Code, Federal Register and CFR.
• Identify laws affecting health plan operations including Medicare/Medicaid/ACA.
• Review and analyze legislative bills for impact to health plan.
• Draft and issue summaries of regulatory updates to internal customers.
• Respond to inquiries from internal stakeholders on regulatory matters.
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings to provide regulatory updates and track implementation.
• Collaborate with legal and regulatory teams to address issues.
• Conduct ad hoc research to interpret regulatory requirements.
• Draft regulatory operations policies, procedures and job aids.
